Our team are proactive, aiming to prequalify you for a mortgage, allowing a smooth purchase process. Using your access to cash or savings as deposits, you will leverage your money by getting repayment mortgages typically 65% – 75% LTV fixed 3 – 5 year mortgages based on personal goals. You will have access to our Mortgage Team who aim to secure the best product to match your financial objectives. They look at how much you can borrow, make sure you are mortgageable, they select the right mortgage product for you, and generally make the whole process as smooth as possible for you. They will ensure investors have a mortgage offer agreed in principle to avoid being gazumped when it comes time to make the deal. 

Legal Instruction

For a smooth purchase process, we will introduce to our solicitors who move with speed and accuracy, acting in your favour to make sure your investment is sound from a legal point of view. We continue to follow through each stage to ensure the process is not been held up at your end.

Minor Refurbishment

Using our local Power Team (builders, plumbers, electricians, decorators, joiners and tilers), we project manage the refurbishment (Draw up scope of work, draw up Schedule of Works, tender works to tried and tested contractors) handle all compliances, including gas and electric certificates, smoke alarms, and dress the property ready to rent.
